The Akai Force landed with a "thud" last year, but now I'm hearing that Akai has fix and added many things to it to where people are liking it now. Then I look to getting a Push 2 to use with my Ableton, but then I read horror stories on that. I would love to just try both, but that's an expensive preposition. It's one of those things where you ask 10 different people you'll get 20 different answers. But with Kontact or whatever to use one of them you have to install this whole other piece of software that runs just to run the plug-in you want to use. I just want a VST to where I'm like "ok, I have a VST and I'll use it when I need it". But then again, I'm not a fan of the different software that NI has and the way they put it on your computer.
